Yes, this is a concept outfit for Vocaloid's Megurine Luka. I finished this over a couple months ago but I was lazy. Sue me. Even though the skirt would be something she would wear, whatever (I don't know what to say lol). This is a part of my mini Vocaloid Outfit Project.
